1. The Service
ComputingPowerMarket.cn ("Compute Bazaar") is a marketplace connecting buyers of LLM inference with independent providers of GPU compute. We aggregate compute from third-party nodes running open-source models and expose it through an OpenAI-compatible API.
2. Accounts & API Keys
Access requires an API key issued by the platform. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. All usage charged to your key is deemed your usage.
3. Billing
Usage is billed by tokens actually consumed, with a minimum of 1 token per transaction. Balances are held in tokens (1 USD = 100,000 tokens by default). Top-ups and seller settlements have a minimum of 1 USD. Fees are deducted atomically before each request; failed or timed-out requests are refunded.
4. Sellers / Node Operators
Only locally-deployable open-source models may be listed. Sellers are solely responsible for the legality of their hardware, software, network environment and applicable taxes. Earnings are tracked per token and can be settled once the settleable amount reaches 1 USD.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, including generating content that violates applicable laws, infringes others' rights, or distributes malware. We may suspend keys or nodes that violate these terms.
6. Availability & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of model outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected usage.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

ComputingPowerMarket.cn（「算力集市」）是连接大模型推理需求方与独立 GPU 算力提供方的交易市场。我们聚合第三方节点上运行的开源模型算力，并通过 OpenAI 兼容 API 对外提供服务。
2. 账户与 API Key
使用本服务需要平台签发的 API Key。你应妥善保管 Key，对 Key 产生的全部用量承担责任。
3. 计费
按实际消耗 token 计费，单笔交易最小 1 token。余额以 token 计（默认 1 美元 = 100,000 token）。充值与卖方结算的最低金额为 1 美元。费用在下单时原子预扣，失败或超时请求自动退还。
4. 卖方 / 节点运营者
仅允许上架可本地部署的开源模型。卖方对其硬件、软件、网络环境的合法性及适用税务自行负责。收益按 token 实时记账，可结算金额达到 1 美元后可申请结算。
5. 使用规范
不得将服务用于任何违法用途，包括生成违反适用法律的内容、侵犯他人权利、传播恶意程序等。对违规的 Key 或节点，平台有权暂停服务。
6. 可用性与责任
服务按「现状」提供，不作任何明示或默示保证，不保证服务不中断或模型输出准确。在法律允许的最大范围内，平台累计赔偿责任以受影响用量的已付金额为限。
7. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款，重大变更将更新上方「更新日期」。继续使用即视为接受。
